JPI offers all your fulfillment services for traditional and eCommerce based companies. By processing orders via web based shopping carts, email, phone, fax, mail and edi we ensure any and all means of getting your products into our system. We offer both full time and part time customer service reps, handling all your call center needs from answering basic ordering calls to answering sku specific questions. Whether you are looking for a new home for an established operation, taking your existing program to the next level, or just starting out, JPI has a customizable program suitable to your requirements. Our distribution and fulfillment team specialize in eCommerce, edi, retail fulfillment and pick and pack. With over 75,000 square feet of space we can handle startups to established companies. JPI additionally has the ability and permits to ship anywhere in the world, are a hazmat certified shipping vendor.

JPI has extensive experience in inspecting, culling, and refurbishing. We have inspected hang tags to handbags and candles to cameras. We specialize in the care and control of high value items. Often we can repair whats broken.

Turnkey..... you supply specs for the components and we sell you a completed package.....Customer Returns.... we receive and report what your customer returns. We then inspect, refurbish (if possible) and place into inventory salable merchandise and components. The remaining items will be destroyed. Call Center.... We have a small call center to handle customer calls during regular business hour. Voicemail or call forwarding is used after hours or on weekends.
